“We visited Hosmat Hospital for left knee fracture of my mother. We were referred to Dr. Ananya P, who recommended surgery and smilingly allayed all our concerns. The cabin alloted to us was clean and hygienic, with good support from concerned nursing, medical and non medical staff. I would also like to specially mention about Mr. Santosh from the Hospital Management team, who was so caring and helpful in dealing with all the hospital formalities, right from admission to check out. Post discharge, we were worried about my mother's shifting, since she was almost immobile and we are living in the upper floor, without lift facility. Here again, we were saved by Mr. Shivakumar from Ambulance Service, who not only reassured us but also carried my mother almost single handedly all the way to her room. My review will be incomplete if I don't mention about Sister Swarna Mam who visited us at home for changing my mother's dressings periodically. Not only she is skilled in her work, but also full of empathy for her patients. Her smile and cheerful words have helped a long way in the healing process of my mother so far.
